When I’m angry I try to find anything that takes my mind off it. For me, just going for a walk doesn’t work ‘cause I just keep thinking about it and just get more angry. But, if I take my dogs for a walk I stop thinking about it. Going out and using a punching bag helps too.

At the moment the anger isn’t as bad, managing it 8/10 and I’m not arguing or fighting as much with people. In the past that has been as low as 3/10 and it made people not really happy at all, it made me angry all the time.
Don' t stop trying to make things better, 'cause it'll be worth it in the end.
Think about things you do before you do them, think about whether they’re worth doing or not.

When people are pissing you off, distract yourself. Think of a band you know, in your mind go through the band members names and instruments they play, then the songs that they play. This distracts you and calms you down. Think if it’s worth getting pissed off or angry about.
