Where I go for my ‘Wilderness Therapy’:
The ocean – in particular, Kilcunda surf beach, right in front of the bridge on a pushing tide with 4-6 foot sets and a light North Easterly breeze… especially at sunset – GOLD!

The ability to regularly escape the rat race and the city and spend some time on my own, and red wine
Two things I can live without:
The traffic coming home from work, and the traffic going to work during peak hour – just traffic I guess!
