Getting stuff out, expressing your feelings and thoughts so their not stuck in your mind


Write stuff down. Sometimes its hard to say shit, you want to tell other people but when it comes to saying it face to face it’s hard to get the words out. You may feel like a coward in writing stuff down rather than saying it face to face, but it really gets stuff out. It gets the anger out and makes you less frustrated.
