Title: Marketing Coordinator (Collingwood)
In a Nutshell: Support all the marketing and fundraising functions at Evolve. Chief baker of sweet treats to sate the sweet-toothed CEO and office coffee fiends (although some stiff competition coming through from the Finance Manager!)

Tools of the trade: Bachelor of Business (Marketing)/Bachelor of Arts (Sports Administration); Graduate Diploma (Applied & Local History) (current)
In A Past Life: Marketing, event management, account management and anti-money laundering compliance consulting
Why Evolve? “There are so many kids who don’t have good role models, who aren’t allowed any responsibility or given chances to achieve things for themselves, who are told their only value lies in their future VCE score, ... And then we wonder why they have low self-esteem, issues with relationships and in making good choices about their lives? I love that we help these kids recognise their value, and give them the skills to make positive choices instead of feeling trapped by labels.”
Where I go for my ‘Wilderness Therapy’: Sarra Beach, Vanuatu
Place I grew up: A tiny dairy community that always smelt of congealing whey but had great skiing and beautiful red gum forests
Furry support crew: Sealey, a lovely, quiet hound from the Greyhound Adoption Program
Two things I can’t live without: Saturday newspapers and apples
Two things I can live without: Clowns and people who stand too close to the baggage carousel at the airport
Not many people know this, but: I once won the homemaker exhibit in an agricultural show art & craft pavilion.

Title: Office Administrator (Collingwood)
In a Nutshell: Is the glue that holds Evolve together! This includes reception, office administration, donor management and personal assistant to Paul.

Tools of the trade: Bachelor of Fine Art (Conceptual Sculpture)
In A Past Life: Over 8 years experience in corporate sector administration and coordination across the globe in contracts, diversity and publishing; volunteered with indigenous children, students and Lifeline.
Why Evolve? “I wanted to work for an organisation that helps people and I think our programs here are innovative. I also really like the people I work with.”
Where I go for my ‘Wilderness Therapy’: The Dandenong Ranges and Wattle Park
Place I grew up: Mount Waverley
Furry support crew: De-facto parent of Mr Budge, the blue budgie
Two things I can’t live without: Mental challenges in the form of art, books, movies and travel; and my boyfriend’s hugs
Two things I can live without: Melbourne’s depressing winters and rude people
