Kevin Lynch - Chairman

Kevin is married with 3 children. He has over 30 years experience in Human Resources with extensive experience in leadership development, culture change and employee engagement. 

He has held senior positions at Incitec Pivot, AWB, Orica, Fletcher Jones and Deakin University. Kevin has an MBA and Bachelor of Social Science (Economics) from Deakin University

Mark Bartley


Mark is a long term Evolve supporter and is a partner at DLA Phillips Fox. Mark is an accredited Law Institute of Victoria specialist in environment, planning and local government law. Mark is recognised for his expertise in water law and co-authored the DLA Phillips Fox report 'Trading in Water Rights - towards a national legal framework'. He is an active member of the Australian Water Association, Urban Development Institute and a Fellow of the Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association.
 
Mark Brownley

Mark has had a diverse career spanning industrial process control, management consulting, infrastructure and aviation; he holds degrees in chemical engineering and business administration. Mark’s community interests revolve around youth and education and he has been variously involved with Social Ventures Australia and the Education Foundation. Mark is an internationally published author in the area of small business development and has completed the Committee for Melbourne’s Future Focus Group Young Leader’s Program and the prestigious Williamson Community Leadership Program.

Sally Bruce

Sally has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry and has had an extensive senior level career with Macquarie Group.  Sally has also worked for several significant organisations as an independent consultant with a focus on growth strategies. Sally also holds a Master of Applied Finance, a Bachelor of Commerce and in 2004 was awarded as Young Executive of the Year by the Australian Financial Review BOSS Magazine.

Jonathan Chapman

Jonathan is a Chartered Accountant who spent the first nine years of his working life with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Melbourne and the UK. Following this he held a number of roles in commerce, the last being fourteen years as Managing Director of an investment and management company based in Melbourne. Jonathan has recently been appointed CEO of Lord Somers Camp and Power House and has been on the Board of Directors of Evolve since 2002.

Iain Findlay


Iain is a Business Development Director at BDO Kendalls Chartered Accountants & Advisors and has been on the AFL Tribunal for over 30 Years. Iain is a Board member of the EJ Whitten Foundation and has a passion for disadvantaged children.


Kate Williams

Kate has over 25 years’ experience in marketing, having worked at a senior management level for a number of large corporates in the financial services sector, including Aviva Australia, UBS and KPMG. Kate currently works as a marketing consultant. She holds a BA and an MBA.
