Our Programs

Each program was developed to address educational, employment and community disengagement, risk-taking and anti-social behaviour and the negative emotional, geographic, economic and social effects of disadvantage.

Evolve's programs are based on the fundamental principles of early intervention, long term sustainability, connection to land (Typo Station) and voluntary participation.

Each program seeks to:

  • Enhance young people’s view of themselves and expectations of future success
  • Help young people to develop positive connections with family, peers and community
  • Address gaps in critical life skills
  • Assist young people to continue successful participation in further education, employment and training
  • Provide positive adult role models through Evolve staff at Typo Station and other community members
