This program is currently being delivered over three years to young men and women from Years 9-11 from several Government Secondary Colleges, and involves various settings including classroom, our remote properties and vocational/industry environments.

Students who were selected to participate on the program in collaboration with school staff at the end of Year 8 were invited are representative of the school cohort displaying leadership potential but exhibiting a level of financial, social or geographical disadvantage, or are unlikely to receive opportunities to capitalise on their strengths.
